AB 32 – Early Action Measures
Identify and Implement Early Action Measures: In addition to developing the long term plan, ARB was charged with identifying by June 30, 2007 a list of "discrete early action measures" that can realistically be enforceable on an accelerated schedule by January 1, 2010.
